Dulwich Library
1st Monday of the month, beginning October 5th 2009 and finishing May 2010
6:30 – 8:30pm, £5 per session, bulk booking discount*

A series of talks aiming to enhance the personal and professional development of contemporary women artists, especially those who are balancing career and family. Topics include time management, women in visual culture, the creative process, effective networking, selling work, exhibition submissions, and more to be confirmed.

Our first speaker, business coach Sophie Mahir, will speak on:

“Learning quick and easy strategies to make money from your art; managing your time efficiently; gain confidence and belief in what you do, and find the motivation to keep you focused on your path.”

We hope many of you will take this opportunity to get out of the studio to reinforce your commitment to your practice. Most talks will have time allocated for Q&A, and discussions can always be continued afterwards at The Plough over the road. Members are encouraged to bring an interested (female) friend to attend.

Please rsvp your interest in attending this first talk to Laura Moreton-Griffiths: laura@lukeandlaura.co.uk.
