URGENT NEWS: PPD NOV 2nd TALK CHANGED TO NOV 4th

Please note that the next talk, scheduled to take place on November 2nd, is now going to take place on WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 4TH, same time, same place.

We hope those of you who said you could come on the 2nd will still be able to attend, and hope that those of you who have Monday evening commitments will now be able to come and hear Althea Greenan speak about contemporary women’s artistic practice.  A reminder that she will bring material from the Women’s Art Library, examples of artists books, slide files etc, and asks that  members bring along publications, zines, opening invitations, anything that they’ve produced that is not strictly their art, but related to their art practice. Althea’s aim is to appreciate these additional forms of production that are part of contemporary art practice whether we like it or not. She will comment on is how these books, postcards, cds etc impact on research.
